We’re one of the largest full service TikTok Partner agencies. Grail is shaping the future of how digital marketing budgets are spent. We deliver dynamic and creative promotional campaigns, across a variety of social media channels, such as TikTok and Instagram.
The Role:
As an Events Manager at Grail, you’ll be driving Grail hosted events for creators and our clients. These events will involve creating value for our creators sponsored by brands and could involve anything from fitness classes, evening events, local meet ups, or dedicated brand events.
This role requires someone who is comfortable working independently and excited at the prospect of identifying event opportunities and executing on them IRL. The role will span sales, event coordination, strategy, marketing and is a great fit for someone who considers themselves highly organized. You’ll need strong interpersonal skills, as you’ll be working closely with the talent teams as well as brands.
Grail Talent is a remote company with team members across the US. In particular we’re looking for someone to be able to cover the US market for our team on US time zones. This role is not a regular 9-5 job, we have clients across multiple time zones and this will require working varied hours.
The role will include:
Identifying event opportunities that will add value to our clients (think organizing regular fitness classes at a national yoga chain sponsored by fitness brands for influencers to attend or a drinks event sponsored by a beverage brand)
Sourcing and closing new business opportunities in the US market as sponsors
Organizing the execution and delivery of events we host
Networking with creators to identify opportunities and get feedback
Owning the events strategy for the US market
Working with our existing clients and teams
Research and identify potential partners
Building and managing a pipeline/calendar of events and ensuring appropriate marketing is done to maximize participation
Maintain regular check-ins to ensure client satisfaction and spot upsell opportunities
Working closely with internal teams to align on talent availability and brand fit
Requirements:
Must have 2+ years experience in a related field as a minimum
Bonus: Familiarity with influencers and the creator economy
