Grail Talent is an Influencer Management Agency that connects our diverse and carefully curated roster of content creators with digital marketing opportunities, working with brands and record labels to advertise products and music on social media through influencer promotion and performance marketing.

We work with some of the biggest players in Music and New Media, including Sony Music Entertainment and Amazon Prime Video, to help promote the next viral sensation or hit show. In doing so, we are shaping the future of how digital marketing budgets are spent; delivering dynamic and creative promotional campaigns across a variety of social media channels such as TikTok and Instagram, and measuring their impact with detailed analytics.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Recruitment Coordinator Intern at Grail Talent, you'll work closely with our recruitment team to support hiring across the business, with a particular focus on our global Talent Manager network.

This is a hands on opportunity to learn how an in house recruitment function operates while gaining practical experience across candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination and recruitment administration within the creator economy.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing applications and identifying candidates who meet our hiring criteria

• Sourcing potential candidates through LinkedIn, job boards and other relevant platforms

• Conducting initial candidate outreach and supporting follow ups throughout the hiring process

• Scheduling interviews and coordinating availability between candidates and the recruitment team

• Keeping candidate profiles, interview stages and notes accurate and up to date within our applicant tracking system

• Supporting candidate research, talent mapping and recruitment pipeline management

• Assisting with job postings and other recruitment related content

• Supporting the candidate experience from application through to onboarding

• Joining recruitment team meetings and gaining exposure to wider hiring conversations across the business

• Supporting day to day recruitment administration and helping us keep our hiring processes organised and efficient

You don't need previous recruitment experience. We're more interested in someone who is curious, reliable and genuinely wants to learn.

Experience in recruitment, administration, customer service, sales, marketing or other people facing roles is a bonus, but not essential.
